These terms govern your use of Coshell, a hosted, multiplayer cloud workspace where your team works with a coding agent in shared live sessions. By using Coshell, you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite to your drives, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use Coshell.
Your content and ownership
You own your code and content. You grant us only the limited license needed to host and process it so the agent and the shared session can work. We do not sell your content and we do not use the contents of your drives to train models. Your work pushes to your own git repositories.
Model providers and keys
You can bring your own model keys. When you do, your use of those models is also subject to the provider’s terms, and that usage is billed by the provider, not by us. You are responsible for keeping your keys secure and for the prompts you send.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Coshell for anything illegal, or to harm, abuse, or infringe on others.
- Do not attempt to break the isolation between drives or tenants, or to access data that is not yours. Any security testing must be on your own drives and authorized.
- Do not resell or abuse the service in a way that degrades it for others.
Billing
Coshell is free to self-host. Run a drive on your own machine and up to five teammates in your org work in one shared live session, unmetered. More than five teammates, or having Coshell host your drives, is a Teams plan billed by agreement. You can cancel at any time. See Pricing for the full details.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Coshell available and improve it continuously, which means features change over time. We may update or discontinue parts of the service, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Disclaimers and liability
Coshell is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. You are responsible for reviewing the agent’s output before you rely on it or ship it.
Termination
You can stop using Coshell and delete your drives at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms.
Changes to these terms
