Changelog

September 2026.

Coshell is a multiplayer AI coding agent. Your team shares cloud dev machines, called drives, and works with the agent in one live session. This is the complete record of what we shipped since the fork from opencode. We update this page with every release.

Grid mode: work in several sessions at once

Press Cmd+Shift+G on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+G elsewhere to turn the session you are in into a grid, then split a pane to put another session beside it. Each pane is a full session: type, run the terminal, open the side panel, and it pulses when its session needs you while you work in another pane. Swap panes with Cmd+Option+Shift+Arrow (Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Arrow elsewhere) or drag one by its grip, zoom a pane, or switch back to tabs at any time.

Get your team in the same session.

Open a drive in the browser, or attach from the CLI. Your whole team works in one shared live session.
